I tend to lean heavily on spices when cooking, and this recipe caught my eye because of the interesting addition of cinnamon. A lot of recipes I try have the cayenne/paprika combo, so I thought it would be a twist to add an element of sweet to the spice. Overall I likely prefer a more traditional roasting recipe to this one, but its nice to mix it up every once in a while.

Cinnamon Roasted Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
Spread florets from 1 head of cauliflower out on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the spices, sesame oil, and olive oil.
Roast at 450° F for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy on the edges.
